Mr Sriram Mahadevan is the CEO Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) & the Managing Director of Joyville Shapoorji Housing Pvt. Ltd. He has spearheaded the aspirational home platform of Shapoorji Pallonji under the brand name Joyville. He is responsible for strategically scaling the business by providing long-term direction to the company\u2019s business and endeavouring to help the organisation scale and grow.<\/p>\n
Under his leadership, Joyville forayed into the northern, eastern, and western regions. Sriram brings close to three decades of rich experience in the real estate industry, FMCG, banking, retail, and telecom, with proven expertise in leading successful startups across these sectors. His expertise is in growing a startup into a successful business.<\/p>\n
Sriram joined Joyville in 2017 as Business Head and has been instrumental in the company\u2019s growth since then. Before joining Joyville, he was the Business Head at Happinest, Mahindra Lifespaces, with full P&L responsibility. He also held senior management positions with Uninor, Tata Docomo, Reliance Retail, Coca-Cola India, Shaw Wallace & Company Limited, and SREI International Finance Limited.<\/p>\n
Sriram is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India. He has pursued a B. Com. (Hons.) in Advanced Accounting from the University of Calcutta.<\/p>\n
Sriram is a fitness enthusiast. He loves biking tours and exploring the countryside in India and abroad.
