Vaibhav Tapdiya is a Chartered Accountant and MBA (USA), and the Founder & Managing Director of Keystone World Private Limited, a real estate development firm focused on creating thoughtfully designed communities across NCR and emerging markets.

With over two decades of experience, he has played a significant role in the development of landmark commercial, residential, and hospitality projects across multiple cities, consistently delivering projects known for quality, speed, and customer-centricity.

Vaibhav is widely recognised for his forward-thinking approach to real estate, and has been honoured as “Real Estate Thought Leader of the Year” by The Times of India Group. His work reflects a deep understanding of how urbanisation, infrastructure, and lifestyle aspirations are evolving across India.

What distinguishes his journey is his strong conviction in the potential of Tier II and Tier III cities. He led community led development earlier in Indore in 2008-2015. Through Keystone, he is leading a game-changing development in Wardha, Maharashtra introducing a new benchmark of planned, lifestyle-driven, and sustainable living in a market that has traditionally been underserved. His work there represents a shift from basic housing to aspirational, community-centric development in emerging India.

Beyond business, Vaibhav has held leadership roles at the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Gurgaon, and is actively engaged in community-building initiatives through Rotary and Round Table.
