Mr. Parthh K. Mehta is the CMD and Chief Mentoring Officer of Paradigm Realty, and a first-generation entrepreneur redefining Mumbai’s suburban real estate landscape. With over 16 years of experience, he has successfully delivered ~2 million sq. ft. of development and oversees a robust pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects exceeding 7 million sq. ft.

An MBA in Finance from SP Jain and a BMS graduate from Narsee Monjee, Mr. Mehta brings strong expertise in business strategy, fundraising, and project execution. Prior to founding Paradigm Realty in 2015, he held key leadership roles at The Wadhwa Group and Parinee Group.

He is also an active committee member of CREDAI-MCHI, contributing to policy matters related to SRA and MHADA. Recognised as a “40 Under 40” achiever and Progressive Developer of the Year, Mr. Mehta continues to drive innovation, timely delivery, and value creation in Mumbai’s real estate sector.
