Before joining Sattva, Ajay had a distinguished tenure at CBRE India, where he rose to Senior Executive Director and led national operations for the Project Management business. Under his leadership, the business scaled at a sustained 16% CAGR, delivering more than 1 billion sq. ft. across asset classes. His earlier role as Head of Architectural Engineering at Geodesic Techniques further sharpened his expertise in design management, structural systems, and complex project execution.
