With over 16 years of experience, he has successfully delivered ~2 million sq. ft. of development and oversees a robust pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects exceeding 7 million sq. ft. <\/p>\n<p>An MBA in Finance from SP Jain and a BMS graduate from Narsee Monjee, Mr. Mehta brings strong expertise in business strategy, fundraising, and project execution. Prior to founding Paradigm Realty in 2015, he held key leadership roles at The Wadhwa Group and Parinee Group.<\/p>\n<p>He is also an active committee member of CREDAI-MCHI, contributing to policy matters related to SRA and MHADA.
