Sudharsan is a visionary leader who is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship with over two decades of experience in the retail and consumer goods industries. Currently, he is the Chief Digital Officer and Co-Founder of nStore Technologies, a micro-marketplace platform that is enabling the digital commerce journey of small and medium retail businesses and integrate them with more revenue streams. Prior to this, he held various senior positions at companies such as Cognizant and Infosys, where he helped marquee retailers and brands achieve their business objectives. As a Senior Director of Consulting, Retail and Consumer Goods at Cognizant, he consistently led, sold and executed several multi-million dollar business consulting engagements in the US, UK and Asia. At Infosys, he served as a Principal in the Retail & CPG Management Consultancy Services Unit, where he provided strategic direction, business consulting and program execution leadership to US and UK-based brands and retailers in the Digital Commerce area of business. He also formulated point of views and go-to-market strategies in the Retail and CPG consulting practice unit of Infosys, with a specific focus on Digital Commerce. With a proven track record of several multi-million dollar business consulting engagements, path-breaking platform solutions and setting up academies to train individuals in the domain knowledge, Sudharsan has a deep understanding of the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors with a focus on digital commerce landscape.
