Biography:

Vivek leads Seller Experience for Amazon across the emerging markets and also heads Amazon’s Global Trade business in India. He’s been with Amazon for over 17 years now and has led several teams across his tenure including Customer Service and Supply Chain Operations. Vivek also led the launch of the India Seller Lending program which leverages a network of banks and NBFCs to help Amazon sellers with their working capital needs. Currently, Vivek’s team is responsible for driving the growth of the seller business across Emerging Markets (Australia to Latin America) including fulfilment solutions such as FBA, Easy Ship and Seller Flex. As part of Global Trade, his team helps Indian MSMEs to sell to customers globally and create strong global brands. Vivek completed his Masters of Computer Science from University of Texas, he also holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business. Back To Speakers List
