He has 2 decades of experience in Saas and direct-to-customer sales and marketing processes. He has business leadership experience in managing sales, marketing and account management functions in IT Services or IT products environments. He comes with a deep understanding of building sales and revenue generation functions in start-ups and scaling organisations across industries and regions. Apart from leading the Growth function across APAC and MEA for Kore.ai, he is one of the founding members of Sales Enablement society in India and Malaysia, Ambassador for Future Of Sales - APAC community, Advisory Board member to multiple start-ups in India, Malaysia and US and Mentor to the Entrepreneurship cell of BITS Pilani India.

Kanchan has been with Flipkart for over 8 years and currently leads the FMCG, Home and General Merchandise categories. She has contributed to building the FMCG portfolios of Beauty, Personal care, Baby care, and Food & Healthcare on Flipkart Prior to joining Flipkart in 2014, she has been with Investec Capital Services India Pvt. Ltd. and Avendus Capital as Assistant Vice President and Associate respectively. Kanchan is a graduate from IIT, Guwahati with a postgraduate degree in Finance and Strategy from IIM Bangalore.

Katreddi Kiran Kumar, Vice President - Data Platform Engineering at Meesho. Kiran has over 18 years of experience in building large scale distributed systems in BigData, Video Streaming, Healthcare, Electronic Warfare domains. After completing his Masters in Computer Science from University of Hyderabad (Central University) in 2004, Kiran worked for companies like TCS,Yahoo!, Akamai, Mediamelon and Decision Resources Group building distributed data processing and storage systems at petabytes scale. As the VP, Data Platform engineering, Kiran is building a talented team committed to building a world-class Data/ML platform that improves customer satisfaction and propels Meesho ahead as a data-driven company. Apart from spending time with his family, Kiran also enjoys all things sports and a keen interest in the stock market.

Biography:

Kirti Varun Avasarala is the Chief Product Officer at Meesho. He’s a part of the executive leadership team and leads Product Management, Design, and User Research functions for the company. Kirti has over 14 years of experience in strategy consulting, operations, and product leadership roles. He was previously the Director of Product at Flipkart and was responsible for executing strategy for various product lines, including Flipkart Plus (flagship loyalty program), SuperCoins (multi-brand rewards ecosystem) and Ultra (Flipkart’s SuperApp). He has also served as VP at ShopX, heading the product management function there, and Product Leader at Amazon, where he was responsible for building India-specific product innovations to improve selection, pricing, stock keeping, and affordability across all categories. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an MBA from ISB Hyderabad.

Kumar Rangarajan is the Co-founder & Obsessive Dictator Slang Labs, the Google-backed, the In-App Omni Search Assistant company. Prior to Slang Labs, he was working at Facebook (aka Meta) in the bay area, after they acquired his earlier startup, Little Eye Labs, the first and only Indian company to be acquired by Facebook.  Prior to Little Eye Labs, Kumar worked for other international companies like HP, IBM, Rational Software (acquired by IBM), BlueCoat, and GE Medical Systems, working with the best in the world and working on a wide range of technologies, with a special interest in developer tools and system software.  Until recently, loved to code, until his team members changed his Github credentials and locked it in a box and threw out the key.
