
Sarika Panda Bhatt is a Director at Nagarro, Co-founder of the Raahgiri Foundation, and
a recognized leader in sustainable urban development and social impact. With over 20
years of experience spanning urban planning, transport, environment, architecture, and
social development, she has been instrumental in advancing sustainable mobility, road
safety, active transportation, and people-centric urban transformation across India.
Through her leadership of the Raahgiri movement and collaboration with governments,
development agencies, academic institutions, and civil society organizations, Sarika
has championed safer streets, equitable public spaces, and climate-responsive urban
solutions. She is particularly committed to empowering women and youth as agents of
change and fostering inclusive cities where everyone can move safely and participate
fully in public life.
Her contributions have received national and international recognition. She was
selected by TUMI (Germany) as one of 60 global leaders transforming urban mobility
and served as Bicycle Mayor of Gurugram under BYCS, Netherlands. In 2025, she
received the National Film Award as a producer for the documentary Silent Epidemic,
which brought attention to critical social and public health issues.
A trained architect, planner, and sociologist, Sarika combines technical expertise with a
deep understanding of social dynamics to create vibrant, resilient, and inclusive
