Randheer Singh

Randheer Singh is the CEO and Founder of ForeSee Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and a leading expert in electric mobility, clean energy, advanced batteries, battery recycling, and hydrogen. He formerly served as Director – Electric Mobility at NITI Aayog, Government of India, where he worked on key national initiatives including FAME II, ACC PLI, EV charging standards, battery swapping policy, and the Shoonya campaign. An Electrical Engineer from NIT and MBA from IIM Calcutta, he has also held senior roles in Daimler and MAN Truck & Bus India. He advises governments, investors, OEMs, and global companies on India’s clean mobility transition.
