Sudershan has been working with tyre industry for almost 3 decades handling field engineering, OE Tyre approvals for Passenger & Truck and bus segment, field testing, product planning & Development, tyre regulations and technical training.
He has worked as Technical Trainer at Bridgestone Regional Training Centre, Thailand and trained members from more than 45 countries. He has received prestigious Bridgestone Global Award-2020 and TQM award at Asia Pacific Region in 2018, 2024 & 2025.
He is presently Chairman, Safety and Awareness Group, Indian Tyre Technical Advisory Committee (ITTAC). Due to his initiatives and work on road safety and tyre safety awareness, Indian Tyre Industry has conferred him “Tyre Safety Champion” award in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Recently, he has received “Special Recognition Award” from Tyre Safe UK, first ever foreign recipient of this award. He led the team to create “Tyre condition analysis guide” for Passenger Car Tyres.
He leads road safety tyres check campaigns by ITTAC like Yamuna Expressway 2025, Samruddhi Expressway 2024. Regular speaker on Tyre Safety for FICCI, CII, SIAM, BIS, ARAI, IDTR, CIRT, Corporates like TCS, Car and truck Manufacturers. Carrying Olympic torch in Paris Olympics 2024 was one of the other highlights. He is one of the founding member of BARS, Bharat Association of Road Safety Volunteers.
