Pooja Yadav is the Chief Product Officer at Zuno General Insurance and a pioneer in India’s InsurTech sector. With over two decades of experience across banking and insurance, she designed and scaled India’s first mobile telematics-based, usage-based motor insurance, and specializes in digital-first product innovation, including specialized coverage for electric vehicles (EVs).
Pooja has worked closely with the Government of Goa to drive road safety awareness and reduce uninsured vehicles on the road, aligning with the IRDAI’s “Insurance for All by 2047” vision. Her career includes leadership roles at IndusInd Bank and ICICI Lombard, where she spearheaded core initiatives to digitalize insurance distribution, build strategic partnerships, and optimize bancassurance. An Associate of the Insurance Institute of India (AIII), Pooja is a leading voice in driving data-driven mobility solutions and transformation across the motor insurance ecosystem.
