Subhrajeet Das is a sales, strategy, and marketing leader at LightMetrics, an AI-led video telematics and fleet safety technology company helping commercial fleets move from basic vehicle tracking to real-time driver safety intelligence. At LightMetrics, he plays a key role in driving market adoption of AI-powered video telematics across Asia, working with fleet operators, telematics service providers, Automotive OEMs and mobility ecosystem partners.

With over a decade of experience across enterprise sales, business development, customer success, marketing and industrial transformationSubhrajeet brings a strong business lens to the adoption of fleet safety technology in real-world transport operations. His professional journey spans leadership roles across NeeweeTeltonikaWhatfix, IBM and Tata Steel, where he has worked across digital transformation, telematics, SaaS adoption, go-to-market strategy, client account management and project-led business growth.

Subhrajeet holds an Executive Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. He has also completed international business exposure programmes at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, focused on business challenges of Korean companies, and Tel Aviv University, focused on developing international partnerships between Indian and Israeli companies.

At LightMetricsSubhrajeet’s focus sits at the intersection of fleet safety, video telematics, AI-led driver monitoring and commercial growth. He works closely with customers and partners to demonstrate how fleets can move beyond passive incident recording and use AI to identify risky driving behaviour, alert drivers in real time and help managers act only on the events that truly need intervention.
