Ms. Naiyya Saggi is a 2x entrepreneur with 16 years of experience in Consumer/FMCG, Consumer Tech, Go to Market, Fundraising, Team Building and Diversity & Inclusion. She is a pivotal figure in the startup ecosystem, known for building new age consumer brands, communities and for being one of India’s top voices in technology.

Currently she is the Group Co-founder & Board Member of the Good Glamm Group, India’s fastest growing DTC beauty & personal care unicorn. Naiyya, earlier also founded, BabyChakra, India’s largest and most trusted digital platform for parenting. Naiyya is a former Mckinsey Consultant, Harvard Business School Graduate (MBA’2012) (where she was a Fulbright & Tata Scholar) and a graduate of National Law School, Bangalore (where she was elected University President).

Naiyya serves as an independent director at Welspun Living, a publicly listed company with a market cap exceeding 3 billion USD. Naiyya is an Advisor to STEER World, a globally recognised advanced manufacturing Deep Tech company and also on the Advisory Board of The Contract Manufacturing & Private Label Association, Asia’s largest platform supporting contract manufacturers. She has been an appointed member to The National Taskforce for Regulatory Issues at DPIIT Ministry of Commerce.

Naiyya is widely acknowledged for supporting tech entreprenuers and is an elected Governing Council member of The Tech Entrepreneurs Association of Mumbai, a body representing the $50 BN Mumbai tech ecosystem and comprising 50 Unicorn & Soonicorn founders. Naiyya is also a Co-Chair of the Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs Council , India.

Particularly passionate about creating supportive communities for women leaders, she founded ‘The Moms Co Mompreneur Show’, Asia’s largest initiative to support mom micro-entrepreneurs with Startup India. Naiyya has been a mentor at Facebook’s #SheLeadsTech & Google for India, advisor to the Govt of India’s National Startup Awards and is a prolific angel investor.
