Lt Commander Kushal Singh is a result – oriented professional with more than 25 years of cross-cultural experience in planning and managing sustainability, projects, facilities, real estate, building operations, procurement, logistics, travel, employee transportation, security, risk, and general administration. He has an extensive experience in dealing with teams in the APAC region, UK, US, and Continental Europe. His career started with the Executive branch of the Indian Navy where he spent around 10 years. He then switched over to the corporate world where he was associated with notable organisations like CBRE, Fidelity Worldwide Investment, ISS Facilities Management Services. In his current role as Director – CSR & Sustainability for Electronics Sourcing, he is responsible for developing and implementation of the CR function and sustainability strategy for the Electronics sourcing in line with Group wide sustainability strategy. Part of the Core team to develop a concept for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Scope 3 emission reduction and Sustainable & Transparent Supply Chains. Accountable for implementing and monitoring the activities with suppliers regarding sustainability, decarbonisation, CSR, and Compliance requirements as well as supporting the change process within the team to embed sustainability into the sourcing function. Accountable for various sustainability and Decarbonisation projects currently underway to facilitate the organisation achieve set targets.
In his last role as Head of Facility Management for Offices – Central Asia, he was responsible for managing Facilities & Infrastructure, Travel, Corporate Security, Product Crime, Vendor Partners, and Stakeholders at the Merck offices across Central Asia that include India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand.
