- Led the initiative to achieve GBCI Platinum Green Campus rating for the first and largest third party tenanted portfolio of 14 mill sq.ft.

- Nationalization & consolidation of supply chain for gaining cost benefits as well as service level enhancement.
- Done a number of technology solution implementations. One such project got me the CI Yellow Belt certification. More recently have done IOT and automation projects for improving operational and energy efficiencies Setup a remote maintenance management business operation in India to support APAC business.
- Had transition and procurement ownership of a large IFM contract transition involving resourcing of almost 2000 personnel and a range of FM services.
