Rajesh Nair currently serves as the Assistant Vice President – North at DTDC. He holds a Senior
\nManagement Program certificate from IIM Calcutta. His key skills and areas of expertise include P&L
\nmanagement, channel management, and logistics management. These skills have enabled him to
\ndrive business growth, streamline operations, and enhance customer satisfaction throughout his
\ncareer.<\/p>\n
After completing his PGDBM from IMT Ghaziabad, Rajesh began his career in advertising with Contract Advertising and Grey Worldwide. He then transitioned to the logistics industry, starting with
\nProfessional Couriers in Bangalore, followed by Overnite Express. For the past nine years, he has
\nbeen with DTDC Express Ltd.<\/p>\n
One of his notable achievements at DTDC is leading the Unified Sales project, a national-level initiative that highlights DTDC’s ONE TEAM approach. This project has successfully signed numerous
\ncustomers through collaboration between channel partners and internal vertical stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Rajesh’s work style is strategic and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on setting clear objectives, effective communication, and teamwork. He prioritizes data-driven decision-making and continuously seeks opportunities for process improvement and innovation. He is highly adaptable, enabling him to respond effectively to changing business environments and challenges.<\/p>\n
