He brings exceptional vision and leadership skills to optimize our supply chain operations and deliver outstanding results.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Stephen\u2019s extensive professional experience includes key leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry. As Vice President of Supply Chain &amp; Operations at Alvogen Pharmaceuticals, he achieved remarkable improvements in customer service levels, reducing Failure to Supply penalties while attaining a 98% customer service level.\u202f His past experience extends to Teva Pharmaceuticals and Merck &amp; Co., Inc., where he successfully transformed S&amp;OP processes, optimized demand planning, and implemented strategic sourcing initiatives. Stephen\u2019s exceptional performance in global procurement resulted in substantial cost savings and the development of strong supplier relationships.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Stephen holds an MBA and Master\u2019s degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.\u202f He has received industry accolades, including the Merck Senior Vice President \u2018Footprint\u2019 Award for outstanding leadership and exceptional dedication.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">As our \u202fGlobal Head of Supply Chain Management, Stephen is committed to driving operational excellence, optimizing our supply chain performance, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
