Arun Saravanakumar is the head of Supply Chain & Sustainability at L’Or\u00e9al India.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Arun joined L\u2019Or\u00e9al as the Plant Director in Pune, in 2019. He has been instrumental in driving the Pune Plant towards excellence in Core responsibility, Agility, Competitiveness & Digital transformation while building strong teams. He is a strong believer in the power of diversity and has worked to create a truly diverse plant team with a strong talent pipeline.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to L\u2019Or\u00e9al, he holds a rich experience of 14 years with Asian Paints where he worked across various functions including Manufacturing, Purchase, Demand, Supply and Distribution planning, and New Product Management.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
