As a Senior Instructor at the College of Military Engineering, Pune, he spearheads a key skill development program for mid-level officers, empowering them to assume higher roles.<\/p>\n<p>He has commanded a specialist engineering unit, leading a team of 800+ &amp; controlling critical warfighting equipment including Battle Tanks, Armoured Personal Carriers, &amp; Bridging vehicles in the desert sector. He has also successfully led a technical team in the world\u2019s highest battlefield, the Siachen Glacier.<\/p>\n<p>His passion &amp; expertise lies in Talent Development.<\/p>\n<p>With a deep awareness of Social Responsibility, he believes in paying forward to the next generation.
