Selection Process

The ET Now – Tech Leaders’ Choice recognition is evaluated through a multi-stage, transparent process.
No recognition is granted through sponsorship, commercial association, or editorial influence. Only organizations operating in India and those that complete all stages of evaluation are considered for final recognition.

  1. Nominations are received across defined product, service, and solution categories.
  2. Nominees must submit product information, use cases, customer impact, and service details along with their nomination form.
  3. Incomplete or unverifiable submissions are not considered for further evaluation.
  1. Nomination Fee: On submission of the nomination form, you shall be liable to pay INR 5,50,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) plus applicable taxes in two tranches:
    1. Tranche 1 – INR 50,000/- along with submission of this nomination form
    2. Tranche 2 – INR 5,00,000/- on completion of voting survey (subject to obtaining maximum votes in Survey)
  1. Voting is conducted exclusively among verified enterprise technology leaders including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CDOs, Heads of IT, and senior digital decision-makers.
  2. Leaders may vote for multiple vendors across different categories.
  3. Voting is based on direct experience, performance outcomes, service quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Nominees may undertake promotional activities to encourage and obtain votes during the survey period.
  5. Self-voting or conflict-of-interest voting is not counted.
  1. Votes and submissions undergo an independent validation process led by an appointed Advisory Board.
  2. Validation includes data checks, integrity checks, and qualification audits to ensure authenticity.
  3. Vendors without substantial customer validation do not qualify, irrespective of voting volume.
  1. Only companies that successfully complete all stages and comply with all the Terms & Conditions will be recognized under ET Now – Tech Leaders’ Choice
  2. Recognitions are conferred at the official ceremony in Mumbai and announced through Organiser platforms.
  3. Recognition is category-specific, time-bound, and cannot be implied or represented outside the respective year without a valid license.
  4. ET Edge reserves the right to withdraw or revoke recognition in the event of data discrepancies, false claims, or policy violations.
