His third healthcare venture, Redcliffe Labs, founded in 2021, has rapidly scaled to become a market disruptor.<\/p>\n
An alarming reality drove the foundation of Redcliffe Labs\u20142 out of 3 Indians could be saved with timely medical intervention, yet the gap between early diagnosis and accessible healthcare was widening. Life-saving interventions were becoming a privilege rather than a right, highlighting the urgent need for affordable, high-quality diagnostics. Recognizing this crisis, Aditya launched Redcliffe Labs as a purpose-driven effort to bridge this gap.<\/p>\n
Today, it operates with 80+ labs, 2000+ collection centers across 220+ cities, 1000+ phlebotomists, and a workforce of over 2500 employees.
