This prompted a heightened focus on expediting technology projects. Recent research indicates that 54% of new ventures primarily concentrated on digital services offered by GCCs. Through virtualization, GCCs have effectively expanded their talent pool without being constrained by geographic boundaries.

According to a recent report, the global capability center market will potentially grow to USD 60-85 billion in the following five to six years. The influence of the pandemic on the development of these centers, however, is still unknown.
