Deepak has over two decades of professional work experience across different industries in technical, sales and leadership roles. Deepak started his career in a manufacturing company as a Design Engineer, applying best practices using CAD/CAM/PLM solutions. Deepak served as a technical specialist in a product OEM helping key customers across industries to solve business challenges. He moved to a sales role to grow businesses and led several initiatives in core and growth industries. Deepak has a Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Diploma in Tool and Die making and attended an Executive Management program (MBA) from IIM-Bangalore.

Deepak NG joined Dassault Systèmes in 2011. He has driven key transformational projects in various industries including Automotive, Aerospace and Defense and Government. In addition to that, he was also responsible for diversification business that included industries like Hi-tech, Life Science, Consumer Package Goods and Financial Services. He established a new business entity – Innovative Business engagements working closely with the Central and State Governments and localized industries. In his previous role as Director of Global Affairs and Innovative Business Development in Dassault Systemes India, he was instrumental in establishing several new partnerships by engaging in smart city projects and developing industry based programs for the workforce of the future.

As Managing Director, India Deepak is responsible for retention and growth of Dassault Systemes customer base in India, Srilanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan markets and ensure faster adoption of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform across industries, academia and government. Deepak is also responsible for expanding Dassault Systèmes’ India business strategy in line with the opportunities that the country has to offer in the manufacturing, infrastructure and cities and life sciences domains. India is one of the top-priority markets for Dassault Systèmes in Asia; and Deepak along with the India leadership team will reinforce Dassault Systèmes’ ambition to expand new growth verticals in India in Enterprise, SME and start up and Government business.
