The Times NOW Asian Business Leaders Conclave 2025 will also be earmarked with launch of coveted coffee table book ‘Most Promising Business Leaders of Asia 2025’ which will celebrate the remarkable journey of Asian business leaders who have left an indelible mark on the corporate world. It will showcase their experiences, which serve as compelling examples of their dedication to innovation, resilience and their steadfast determination to influence the future of business within the region and on a global scale.
Research Methodology
- The organizations and leaders will be shortlisted with the help the criteria set by our “Knowledge and Research Partner”. To recognize some of the leading Brands and Leaders our Knowledge and Research partner will lay down certain parameters along with weightage across segments to have a robust review of the assesses.
- They will evaluate over 1000 businesses across Large, Medium, Small and Start-ups/ Emerging enterprises. They used a two-pronged approach of secondary research coupled with primary research.
- These companies will be evaluated on various parameters such as profit, turnover, leadership, degree of innovation, expansion of business into national and international markets among other factors.
- Out of these, 200 companies will be shortlisted who have done some groundbreaking work and complied to 80% of the parameters. We will intimate and invite these brands and individuals to be felicitated as the Most Promising Business Leader of Asia.
- The success stories of these individuals will also be featured in The Most Promising Business Leader of Asia Coffee Table Book 2025.
Who are these trailblazers ?
Here are some of the parameters to identify them –
- Individual should be a resident of Asia and managing an organization that is at least 04 years old
- Should lead an organization in his capacity as the Chairman/CEO/Managing Director
- Individual should have contributed critically towards delivering finest services to the organization, motivating growth of the organization and enhancing the industry at large
- Key elements to be considered includes profit, turnover, leadership & degree of innovation and extent of expansion into national and international markets
- Size of the business (as per Revenue) being headed by the individual as follows-
- For startups (0-6 years)- upto 50 crore
- For Small Enterprises- upto 100 crores
- For Medium Enterprises- upto 500 crores
- For Large Enterprises- 1000 crores and above
- Any other notable achievements (awards/accolades/member of notable industry associations)
- Number of documented activity/successes in the last 12 months when compared to industry peers
- Examples of company innovations that have ‘disrupted’ the industry status quo
- The company should be headquartered in Asia
- Should have minimum of 03 years of operational office(s) as of March 2024
- Should have a minimum growth rate of 5-7% Year on Year
- Annual turnover for Start-Ups (0-6 years old) should be a minimum of 100 Cr, 1000 Cr for Public & Private sector companies (6+ years). Valuation also can be looked at as an alternative for startups
- Should have played a pivotal role in development and enhancement of its reputation in the industry, by providing holistic products and/or exceptional customer services and other essentials
- Key elements to be considered include overall market share, workplace culture, business ethics, CSR and most importantly should have achieved excellence
- Resident of Asia – Candidates must be based in Asia to be eligible.
- Years with the Organization – Longer tenure indicates greater commitment and contribution.
- Increase in Revenue – Recognizes individuals who have driven significant financial growth during their tenure.
- Industry Recognition – Awards, accolades, and memberships in notable industry associations add to the evaluation.
- Recent Achievements – Documented successes in the last 12 months highlight the candidate’s impact.
- Entries can be submitted by any firm registered under the law of India and having business operations in India either directly or through any of its agency (hereinafter referred as “Applicant”). The Event is organised by Times Strategic Solutions Ltd., (“Organiser”).
- Applicant shall ensure that they have the intellectual property rights & other rights of the brand being submitted for the nomination. In case of agency, they need to authenticate the same.
- Organiser may contact Applicant, after submission of the nomination, in case of any queries.
- Organisers are entitled to modify the content of the website without prior notice. Applicants are requested to keep themselves updated at regular intervals.
- The decision of Organiser in relation to the interpretation of any of these Terms shall be final and binding on the Applicant. No claims/queries raised with respect to the same will be entertained in this regard.
- The Recognition will be conferred at the Event and the recipient organization may promote receipt of the same subject to compliance with ASCI guidelines
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify or refuse a nomination if it violates any law or if doesn’t meet the criteria and/or is misleading.
