Judging Criteria

The Awards Participation is open exclusively to India-based organizations. The Standards mentioned offer a holistic approach to evaluating the AI Transformation Journey and highlighting exemplary achievements in the AI landscape. The submissions are for the Work/Initiatives/Decisions undertaken for the period for 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025.

The following parameters will be used to evaluate the entries:

Evaluation on how effectively an organization has harnessed Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and Emerging technologies to create unique, forward-thinking solutions that go beyond conventional approaches.

Assessment of the Organization foresight and planning in embedding Artificial Intelligence into its overall business strategy. It reflects how thoughtfully AI is positioned to drive long-term growth, innovation and competitive advantage.

Evaluation of the tangible outcomes and measurable benefits that an organization has achieved through its AI initiatives. It focuses on how AI-driven solutions have contributed to business success, market expansion, and overall value creation.

Assessment of the strength, diversity, and effectiveness of the team behind the AI initiative, as well as the quality of collaboration within and beyond the organization to drive innovation and successful implementation.

Recognition of organizations that are pioneers and influencers in the AI domain, actively shaping the industry through innovation, knowledge sharing and advocacy for responsible AI practices.

These awards celebrate visionary journey of AI Adoption, technological innovation and strategic execution that collectively accelerates business value, operational agility and industry advancement in the era of intelligent enterprise.

The ET Edge AI Disruptors Awards recognize Campaigns/Work/Decisions taken in the time duration of 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025.

The ET Edge AI Disruptors Awards have no nomination fee. The Award Submission process is free of cost.

The last date to submit nominations for the ET Edge AI Disruptors Awards is 30th August 2025.

There is no limit for an entrant on the maximum number of categories. A key consideration is the originality and differentiation of each submission. For each entry, the entrant is required to share different initiatives/project and the resultant outcomes.

The ET Edge AI Disruptors Awards are open to a wide range of participants who have demonstrated impactful work in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Startups, SMEs, large enterprises, Solution Providers, public sector institutions, Academic & Research Institutions, AI Experts operating in India that have implemented AI, Generative AI or emerging technologies to drive innovation, efficiency or growth.

Evaluation Methodology

Agencies of businesses or businesses can nominate themselves for the awards, with the nomination process open to businesses that have presence in India.
All nominations will undergo screening based on eligibility criteria, including elements such as Innovation, Vision, Execution, Impact and Results. A Panel of expert and impartial jury members will conduct the screening process. These criteria are essential for evaluating nominations across each category, enabling the jury to make informed assessments. Nominees will be informed and may be requested to provide additional information if necessary. The evaluation will prioritize measurable data to ensure fairness and objectivity. Nominees that do not meet eligibility criteria will be disqualified.

The ET Edge AI Disruptors Awards platform aims to recognize organizations and Individuals that have demonstrated outstanding performance in driving growth and transformation through AI, Generative AI and emerging technologies. This platform offers businesses a chance to spotlight their accomplishments in the AI Landscape, gaining recognition for their valuable contributions to the industry.
Winners will be revealed during a formal ceremony, where they will be presented with trophies commemorating their exceptional performance within their respective categories. The announcement of the winners will also be shared on social media platforms to showcase and promote the recognized businesses.
