Mr. Akhilesh Guleria is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Reliance General Insurance, bringing over two decades of expertise in building and strengthening organizational human capital. He holds a PGDM in HR & Personnel Management from IMM, Pune, and has played a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies, fostering employee engagement, and driving initiatives around talent acquisition, development, and retention.
 
With extensive experience across industries—including banking, insurance, retail, agricultural inputs, pharmaceuticals, and the government sector, Akhilesh has been instrumental in cultivating a culture of growth and innovation. Before joining Reliance General Insurance in 2018, he held leadership positions at Tata AIG General Insurance, Biostadt, Reliance Retail, YES Bank, and RBL Bank.
 
Akhilesh also brings a distinguished military background, having served in the Indian Army’s Gorkha Rifles (Infantry Regiment) under the Short Service Commission. He actively participated in Operation Vijay (Kargil) and Operation Parakram, earning the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card (Gallantry) for his valour and service.
