- The company must have an operating presence and registered office in India for at least 5 years (3 years for startups).
- Financial Benchmarks:
- For Large Enterprises, annual turnover must exceed INR 100 crores.
- For medium enterprises, the annual turnover should be more than INR 50 crores.
- For Startups, annual turnover must exceed INR 25 crores.
- The brand must have an active client or employee base in at least 2 regions of India.
- Evaluation considers the organization's role in industry reputation, workplace culture, business ethics, CSR, and degree of innovation.
- Notable industry awards, accolades, or memberships in professional associations will be factored into the assessment.
- The research partner defines parameters, segments, and evaluation weight-age
- Organizations self-nominate via the official online application form on the event website.
- The Research partner analyzes a universe of 1000+ brands based on the defined parameters and self-nominations.
- Organisations passing the initial assessment must complete a comprehensive supplementary questionnaire.
- Following a process, 200 organisations will be shortlisted for the final felicitation.
