I am working as Professor in Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, (earlier NITIE). 

I have thirty years of experience majorly in teaching, training, research, and consultancy. I have received Ph.D. in the area of Organizational Behaviour from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IITB) and Master’s in Psychology from University of Allahabad. 

I was member of Board of Governors of the institute, Dean (Programmes & Consultancy) as well as Dean (Research).  I was Acting Director of NITIE Mumbai for few months.  

I have conducted a number of MDPs (Management Development Programs) & UBP (Unit Based Programs) customized for executives of Public Sector, Private sector, and Multinational organizations, like ONGC HPCL BEL HMT DRDO College of Naval Warfare, Naval Dockyard, Exide Industries, Total Fina-elf, Hindalco Alkem Laboratories etc.  Govt. officials belonging to IAS, IPS, IFS, CISF, IES etc. have attended my training programs. 

I have presented research papers on HR in International Conferences in Canada, USA, Australia, Singapore and Switzerland and various National seminars and conferences and received Best Paper award too. I have received Best Professor award in Human Resource Management award by DNA and Star group of Industries and several other recognitions and honours. 

Earlier, I have worked as faculty member in Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and worked as General Manager in Advanced Management Education of Tech Mahindra.
