With Mechanical Engineering from NIT Surat, an M.B.A in Marketing from DBIM Surat and ‘Strategic HRM’ from IIM Calcutta , Mahesh is driving an unconventional HR practice emerging from a rich cross functional  experience of over 30 years in varied fields with expertise in Human Capital Management, Business  & Corporate HR & Capability Building. 

His stints in Product Management, Sales & Marketing and General Management Operations across sectors like Engineering, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables & now Real Estate came in handy and added to his passion for developing human resources.  

Having worked with brands like CEAT, SCHINDLER, and HONDA he joined the Reliance ADA Group in Corporate Training and then transitioned to Business & Corporate HR by invitation. A feat he cherishes as the turning point in his career.  

 An International stint with the Bharti Group in Africa further added to the diversity of experience, especially since he seamlessly toggled between Business & HR roles.  

His passion for Talent Development achieved new highs through a number of Leadership programs delivered by him on a variety of subjects.  He has also been instrumental in designing and conducting workshops on Balance Score Card and KRA setting workshops for Senior Management Roles.  

Mahesh went on to be a lead international facilitator and managed audiences from across cultures & geographies, as a lead faculty for Hemsley Fraser of UK, gaining in turn a rich experience of handling human resources from across the globe.   

Mahesh is a well admired speaker at Management Campuses and has been invited to various seminars in prestigious B-Schools of India & multiple HR forums.

Travelling is as much in the blood as perhaps ‘HR’
