His contributions in MarTech and EV R&D earned him recognition as a Global Talent in Digital Technology by the United Kingdom. 

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Rajasthan Royals, Alok is responsible for shaping and executing the franchise’s overall business strategy, focused on driving revenue growth, building brand equity, and delivering engaging fan experiences across every touchpoint.
