Nitin Burman currently serves as the Group Chief Revenue Officer at Balaji Telefilms, where he leads the Digital and Television businesses, with a sharp focus on scaling revenues and driving new strategic initiatives across the group. 

Before joining Balaji Telefilms, Nitin was the Sr Vice President & Head – Non-Subscription Revenue at AHA, where he built the vertical from the ground up. He played a key role in monetizing through Brand Solutions, Syndication, and YouTube channels. Under his leadership, AHA also prepared for the launch of AVOD and Impact Properties to diversify and strengthen its revenue streams. 

Earlier in his career, Nitin spent close to a decade in the Telecom and Banking industries, gaining experience across multiple geographies and roles. He also served as Director – Impact Properties & Brand Solutions (Maharashtra) at Radio Mirchi, where he led revenue generation across Digital, TV Properties, Concerts, Events, and Activations.
