Krunal Patel is a senior strategic marketing and corporate communications leader with over 22 years of experience across capital markets, BFSI, digital payments, retail banking, and consumer electronics. Currently serving as Head – Marketing & Corporate Communications at the National Stock Exchange (NSE) Group, he leads enterprise-wide marketing strategy, brand management, reputation building, media relations, digital and social media initiatives, and stakeholder communications.
Krunal is known for building strong, purpose-led brands rooted in trust, innovation, and market education, and has successfully led high-impact 360° campaigns, including NSE’s flagship investor awareness initiatives such as “Soch Kar, Samajh Kar, Invest Kar” and #SEBIvsSCAM, aimed at promoting informed and responsible investing among retail investors. Prior to NSE, he played a pivotal role at NPCI as Marketing Leader for BHIM, where he played an instrumental role in the relaunch of BHIM in India, drove brand repositioning, implemented a robust MarTech ecosystem, and delivered the integrated #BHIMPeAsliFaydaHai campaign, resulting in 20 million new users and significant market share growth.
His long tenure at Kotak Mahindra Bank saw him spearhead iconic brand campaigns such as KonaKonaKotak, Kotak 811, Privy League, and #IndiaInvited, along with multiple product launches, digital innovations, and large-scale ATL and BTL programs. Earlier in his career, he held marketing leadership roles at Videocon Industries Ltd. Krunal holds a PGDBA in Marketing, a Bachelor of Engineering, and an Executive Management Program in Digital Marketing and Analytics from ISB Hyderabad.
He brings deep expertise in strategic marketing, brand and reputation management, digital and performance marketing, MarTech, analytics-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership, with a consistent track record of driving business growth through customer-centric and ethical marketing practices.
