Navinder is a dynamic professional and an Industry leader in Sustainability and Facilities Management Space, with 14 years senior managerial experience in Corporate and over 21 years with the Indian Army.

As part of ICICI Group, he has extensive experience in managing corporate real estate including service operations and administration across India. As the ESG Head, he has started the Sustainability efforts of ICICI Home Finance Company by formulating and executing its ESG strategy and policy.

Navinder believes in co-opting ESG philosophy in major areas of work, especially procurement, projects and regular processes. He is adept at working with people, processes and technology with excellent strategizing abilities. He has driven digital transformation of the administrative function in ICICI Home Finance Company and was the main force behind the =development of a Facilities management application successfully being used for managing the entire fixed asset life-cycle including energy savings.
