Megha Goel

Megha Goel is currently the CHRO for Godrej Properties and a senior business leader with over 15 years of experience across various aspects of Human Resource Management.  

Megha has been with the Godrej Industries Limited and Associate Companies Group since 2014 and has played various roles across the Godrej Group companies. Prior to joining Godrej, Megha worked with J.P. Morgan India, Britannia Industries and Akzo Nobel Coatings India. She has a Bachelors in Technology (Chemical) from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai and an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Pune. 

Megha is an avid speaker and has participated in various national and international forums. She loves spending time with her 10-year-old son and is passionate about swimming and travelling.
