Introduction to 3rd Edition of D&I Summit

In today's interconnected world, the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) have emerged as crucial cornerstones of organisational success. Inclusive businesses not only reap tangible business value (for example, employees who experience or witness discrimination, bias or disrespect are nearly 1.4 times more likely to quit), but also when individuals from varied walks of life come together, they bring unique insights and problem-solving approaches to the table. This diversity of thought sparks innovation, enabling businesses to stay agile and responsive to challenges.
Recognizing the imperative for collective action, Global DEI Alliance by The Times Group is delighted to announce the third edition of ET NOW Diversity and Inclusion Summit, which aims to bring together thought leaders, industry experts, and changemakers to explore and strategize ways to advance DEI principles in workplaces and beyond. It will be a deep exploration of the evolving challenges and opportunities in fostering DEI against the backdrop of changes in technology, social and political dynamics, and the economy. It aims to achieve this by focusing on knowledge exchange, collaborative solutions and inspiring narratives that highlight the positive impact of DEI on organizational culture and success.

About Global DEI Alliance

ET Now Global DEI Alliance (GDEIA), by The Times Group is a global initiative that brings together individuals and organizations from around the world who are committed to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and beyond.
