Geetha Ramamoorthi

Geetha Ramamoorthi is a seasoned corporate leader with a growth mindset who believes in continuous learning. Currently, she is the Managing Director of KBR India, and is responsible for its entire India operations with a total people count of 2500. Geetha started her career at Ashok Leyland and over the years has handled roles spanning Finance, Operations, Engineering, Business Change and Digital. She believes in advancing the strategic direction of the business through innovation, inclusion and diversity, and organizational leadership.

Geetha has been recognized as a Thinkers360 Top Voice in APAC for 2023. She is a Top 25 Thought leader in Digital Twins, Top 50 in Climate Change, Renewable Energy, CSR and Careers, Top 100 in Diversity & Inclusion, Coaching, Sustainability, Predictive Analytics & AR/VR.

She is a jury and mentor for the 1000 women leaders program run by Jombay, the largest cohort of mid-career women undergoing a development journey in India.
