Sudakshina Bhattacharya

Sudakshina Bhattacharya is the chief architect of the people and culture practices at HDFC ERGO. She holds over two decades of experience across Hospitality, Communications and Insurance in building people centric ecosystems. She is a champion for equity at the workplace, democratizing wellbeing and creating the organisation of tomorrow. One of her philosophies is “Future is now” and to implement this her commitment towards nurturing talent for realising a future ready organisation has been a passion project. 

Sudakshina Bhattacharya has a passion for coaching and is a personal certified coach (PCC) as well as a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). She is also the co-founder of a social interactive platform – Compassion Circle. She has been recently been recognized as Innovative Leader of the Year.
