Hema Pachisia

Hema Pachisia is the Senior Director of Human Capital, heading the HR Business partnering vertical for all business units at Myntra. She also leads  DE&I and the Learning and Talent Development charter at Myntra. In this role, Hema is responsible for driving the people agenda across all key business functions, including Category, Revenue, International Brands, and Myntra Fashion Brands. She is committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging, ensuring that every individual, regardless of gender, ability, or sexual orientation, feels empowered. She is also passionate about developing high-performing teams and driving organization transformation projects that help businesses achieve sustainable growth. 

Hema brings a wealth of HR experience from various industries, including IT, Banking, FMCG, and Ed-Tech. Prior to Myntra, Hema was associated with Byju’s and has spent a significant amount of time doing various roles at HSBC in Mumbai and Unilever in Bangalore. 

Hema’s expertise is further reinforced by her education at XLRI Jamshedpur.”
