Binaifer Dulani

Binaifer Dulani is an award winning and award losing Creative. Currently she works as a Creative and Founding Partner at Talented. In the past, she was part of the leadership team at Dentsu Webchutney, as a Creative Director, where she led India’s most awarded piece in Cannes Lions History: the Unfiltered History Tour, winning multiple Grand Prix’, and the Titanium Lion. The campaign also received multiple Grand Prix’ at Spikes Asia, the Black Elephant at Kyoorius Awards, and was praised by leaders such as Shashi Tharoor, Amitav Ghosh and Marc Fennell.

In 2023, Binaifer represented India in Cannes Lions’ prestigious ‘See It Be It’ cohort. In 2022, she was named Creative Director of the Year, by the Cannes Lions Creativity Report. She has also been on Impact Magazine’s Top 30 under 30 Creatives (India), and IMPACT’s Creative Hotlist 2022 and 2023 (India), selected as part of Google’s RARE leadership program, on Pitch Magazine’s list of Superpeople and had her work for Uber featured in World Bank’s Digital2Equal initiative amongst 17 global case studies. She’s won the internet with her campaigns – Marriage Conversations, The Interview and Superwoman – that furthered gender discourse and hit new levels of virality for brand Tanishq – a legacy Indian jewellery brand. Her recent work for brand Urban Company – named ‘Chhota Kaam?’ and ‘Chhoti Soch’ is at the intersection of caste and gender, which mobilised the Indian internet and became mainstream news. Throughout her career she has actively promoted and collaborated with female film directors to ensure diversity behind the camera. Her favourite side-hustle is being part of the core team of Indian Creative Women – the only diversity platform for female creatives in the Indian advertising industry working to bridge the gender gap in creative leadership, followed by teaching at top Indian communication universities such as MICA, Miami Ad School, Christ University Bengaluru and Sophia University for Women Autonomous.

In the past, Binaifer has served on the jury for the Youtube Works Awards 2022, Kyoorius Young Blood Awards 2022, Kyoorius Creative Awards 2023, Gerety Awards 2023, Indie Global Awards 2023, OneShow Awards 2023, Cannes Lions See It Be It Jury 2023, the Online Jury for Cannes Lions 2023, and the Cannes Lions See It Be It Jury 2024.
