Work experience:
- Commissioned into the Indian Army on 17TH SEPT 2011. Served in Siachen Glacier above 20,000 ft.
- Attended the Siachen Battle School Mountaineering course and qualified in 1st attempt
- Commando course in 2012 and qualified in 1st attempt(sub modules trained us in counter ambush, search and destroy ops,
cordon and search ops, infiltration and close target Sniper and Recce ops) - Mobile check post, vehicle check post assignments in udhampur j&k.
- Deployed in South Sudan from 2013 to 2014.(a post is named after my name in the city of malakal in South Sudan)
- Was in charge of UN Logistic Base security and patrolling and VIP visits close protection team)
- Have been the Ghatak platoon commander from 2012 to 2016. I’m an Infantry sniper specialist. ATGM (anti tank guided
missile) fire and 81mm mortar fire. Was recommended for the gallantry award in South Sudan and was conferred the chief of
army staff commendation card. Qualified the 2014 December joint services staff officers works course - Returned to India in 2015 and was deployed for low intensity conflict operations in Manipur (North East India). Qualified in
jungle warfare and navigations as administering of first aid for gunshot wounds and snake bites and fractures) - Have qualified at the young officers course at infantry school Mhow and have specialised in platoon weapons, section
weapons, Missiles and Mortar fire and military tactics in jungle and modern warfare - Was awarded the GOC in C for a motorcycle expedition which covered all of Rajasthan where interacting with veterans and
martyrs families for solving their grievances which were noted and duly addressed. 2017 to 2019 my team was co-located with
a special forces unit.(qualified in room intervention and Heli-borne operations ,Jungle warfare) - Completed my Junior Command course which included military planning and strategy at company commander level at Mhow
with B grading. OAMP Operational Air Move Plan and securing of C17 GlobeMaster for special ops on landing and takeoffs in
SINCE 17th Sept 2011 WITH INDIAN ARMY AS A COMMISSIONED OFFICER

- Principal adviser with executive level leadership and corporate governance role. Directly responsible to the
Commanding Officer (CEO equivalent) for career management of all Human Resource, Training and Operational
specialists within a large organisation employing approximately 900 staff. Carried out crisis management,
emergency evacuations, damage control and crowd control in highly hostile areas. - Responsible for Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, and handling finances of 900 personnel as the accounts
officer of the unit. Responsible for entire management, including contract, procurement, and delivery of
ammunition, stores and critical equipment of more than 40 tonnes, to four vital locations covering an area more
than 500 square kilometres, Directly managed all issues of manpower planning, human resource management
(HRM), training and development of a workforce of 900 within a very fast paced, critical time and demanding
environment.
Achievements:
- Was shortlisted for UN mission to South Sudan in 2013 and carried out extensive operations against the govt rebels.

Took part in Op Jhajjar Kotli and along with my team we successfully eliminated 3 hard-core Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists
with no casualties on our side. Worked on Security Related Equipment estimating a cost of Rs. 37 Crores at Div level for
over all protection of the cantonment area from any terrorist threat. - Have been the complex commander in 2011 at Siachen Glacier at 19800ft ASL.
- Invited as Guest Speaker at MS University Vadodara for motivational talk to MBA Students in practical Aspects of
Project Management, procurement and implementation (2012). Planning human resource requirements in consultation
with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews for project engineers, clerical
staff, accounts personnel, catering chefs & stewards, housekeeping executive, security personnel. - Conducted team building and leadership events for Sniper Teams of my Div. Conducted and was part of a Strike corps
Level Exercise in 2017 for Validation of a Mountain strike corps brigade. - Responsible for modernisation of VIP Suites, Transit Officer Guest Houses and for troops (400 married accommodation
quarters) with latest housekeeping innovations. Developing and implementing security policy standards, guidelines and
procedures to ensure stringent security measures in all organisations. - Ensured interpersonal skills and management, maintaining healthy employee relations and handling grievances thus
creating an amicable & transparent environment with excellent work culture and ethos in all Army Tenures (10 years
experience). Conduct of Army war games china cell and Media Interaction event on 03/04 feb every year and bravery
award ceremony for Republic Day. - Independently commanded 150 men and 03 officers at Op Shiva at an altitude of 14700ft ASL for conduct of all tactical
operations, logistics and supply, technical and HR functions and also ensured casualty evacuations of pilgrims from May
2018 and 2019.The Bn got a commendation letter from our honourable defence minister. - Prepared Detailed Project Report (DPR) & carried out Key Location Planning for setting up of Security Related Equipment
at Div level to curb any terrorist fidayeen attacks. Was part of joint military exercise & tactical operations & Drills with
Mongolian army’s Special Forces at Bakloh 2019 October. - Trained platoon strength at Div level for snipers and also lectured them on aspects of Navigation, Rule of Road, Service
Ethos, Leadership, Watch keeping Duties. A post on my name was named as “Toor Op” for siting and manning of the
tactical observation post during the civil war in South Sudan in 2013 to 2014
