Vamsi is a Director with Deloitte and is based out of Mumbai. He has worked in consulting for over 15 years on a variety of assignments, both in India and abroad. His work has been predominantly with clients in IT / ITES. He has a wealth of experience in leading organizational efforts to align HR systems to the larger business context helping drive relevant business outcomes.

He works as an advisor to executive teams, helping them review their organization structure, job architecture and strategic talent management initiatives. He has worked with organizations to redesign their HR systems to mirror the ever changing business requirements. He has also partnered with organizations to redefine their total reward strategies & helped develop frameworks for enhancing their internal HR capability .

He has partnered with leading third party BPO organization to conduct talent mapping ,  designing effective employee value propositions , driving internal HR capability initiatives, conducting strategic manpower planning for their new business verticals, Total Rewards design, Salary and incentive benchmarking & also designing the talent management framework. Vamsi has completed his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and BE (Mechanical Engineering ) from NIT Bhopal
