Santosh TK is the Director, Talent Acquisition for Dell Technologies India. He joined Dell in 2004 and since then has been responsible for multiple assignments in Dell. In his current role he leads the Talent acquisition teams in India. Santosh has rich and varied experience of over 30 years in Employee Relations, Engagement & Strategic HR advising across sectors like Information Technology, Services & Hotels.

Santosh is an avid music listener, and his hobbies include non-fiction reading, cooking, candle making, travel and weekend vintage bike riding.
