As President of Global Services, Fiserv, Srini is currently responsible for leading an organization of 10,000+ engineers who provide services across engineering, infrastructure management, business process automation, product management, quality assurance, centers of excellence, business analytics and insights. With over 25 years of leadership experience spanning strategy and technology innovation, Srini has been instrumental in delivering business value along with overall client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Previously, Srini was the Head of Technology at First Data where he was responsible for establishing and operationalizing the India Development Centers in Pune and Chennai. As the CIO for businesses in Asia Pacific – he was responsible for partnering closely with business heads in determining product strategies, sales approach, revenue growth and delivery of key client commitments. He was accountable for testing center of excellence, driving mission critical initiatives, improving risk and controls, and executing resource management strategy as the Chief of Staff for a global technology organization.

Previous Positions
Prior to this, Srini was Chief Operating Officer for Chase Consumer Banking Technology at JP Morgan Chase. He also served as the CIO for JP Morgan Global Finance and Corporate Technology, CIO for the Indiana Pension System and Technology Director for Covansys in the past.
