Amit Nehra, Global Head – Voice and Virtual and Location Head – Bengaluru, Standard Chartered Global Business Services India: Amit has been with Standard Chartered Bank since October 2017 and has over 25 years of industry experience and has managed large scale operations, across various cities and countries.  

He is currently the Global Head, Voice & Virtual for the Client Care Centre and the location head for Bengaluru hub of GBS India.  

As a Global Head, he is responsible for Standard Chartered’s Voice & Virtual channel across 26 markets and has direct responsibility for the performance of Voice and Virtual operations across India and Malaysia hub, including targets set by the business, overseeing special projects delivery, cost, revenue budgets, service levels and client experience. Amit has extensive experience in the banking, IT / ITES and hospitality industries, having worked in many leading firms including Citigroup Global Services, Barclays Shared Services and Taj Hotels.
