Rohit has over two and a half decades of diverse experience in the Financial Services Technology and Operations landscape, transforming and running business operations leveraging Technology as the backbone.

Rohit joined Fidelity in 2011 and has held a range of responsibilities in the Technology and Operations function, working across various business channels, where he was responsible for building and running some of the large transformation programmes. He also helped in creating niche capabilities like the innovation garage and the digital studio in India.

Currently, Rohit heads Platform Delivery for Global Platform Solutions and is responsible for the change and run of business capabilities within that. He is also the India Site Head, and in this role, he is responsible for the smooth running of the sites in India and ensuring the talent proposition remains compelling
