Meet Shalini Nataraj, the Global Head of HR Delivery and Employee Experience at A.P.Moller-Maersk. 

With two decades of experience in various HRM domains, including sourcing, recruiting, management, consulting, and coaching, Shalini is responsible for the end-to-end career experience for all employees at Maersk. 

She started her career as a Human Resources supervisor at Accenture and made a meaningful impact before moving on to her transformative role at Target, where she passionately nurtured her skills and capabilities to facilitate her growth and of those around her. 

In 2018, Shalini’s path led her to Maersk, where she assumed the role of Global Head of Human Resources, and with her brilliant vision, hard work, and people-centric approach, she was appointed the Global Head of HR Delivery and Employee Experience in 2022. 

But Shalini’s impact cascades way beyond her role as a people leader. She is fully committed to building a workplace that transcends boundaries, embraces inclusivity, diversity, and fosters personal development – all essential pillars of growth. 

At the core of Shalini’s work lies her unwavering dedication to the teams that supports the business.
