Anil in his current role as the Head of Strategy & Transformation for International Hubs is responsible for the design and delivery of the strategy for the International Hubs and drive the sustainability agenda for the Hubs. He is also the guardian for the India Technology and D&A functions.

He is an experienced technology leader with close to 3 decades of experience and a proven track record of building, managing and growing technology organizations, product development capability & driving organizational excellence. He is responsible for establishing and transforming several global technology centers from a functional unit to a strategic capability powerhouse driving innovation and digital transformation.

Anil previously held senior leadership positions at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., ANZ, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he gained a deep understanding of building in-house capabilities and implementing end-to-end solutions. His experience lies in areas of asset and wealth management, global markets, trading, middle and back-office process re-engineering, sustainable investing, and portfolio management
