Jay Doshi, MD -Corporate Units, Digital and India at BT Group. Jay is responsible for driving the digital transformation and operation of capabilities for BT Group’s colleagues in running and delivering for the business. He also supports Digital’s growth and community in India. Having been with the BT Group since 2008, he has seen the organisation evolve for twenty to 2 thousand. 

Prior to joining the BT Group, Jay held management positions at TurningPoint, Wisor Telecom (now Synchronoss Technologies), IBM and Siemens.  TurningPoint was a startup Jay started in India which grew to 150+ strong team that focused on building a product for the US market from India. 

Jay regularly speaks industry events and  at premier academic institutions and has also been a lecturer for MBA courses. Some of the institutes that Jay has presented / taught are – Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Bangalore, SDM  Institute for Management development Mysore, Acharya B School Bangalore, among others. 

Jay is an Alumnus of IIM Bangalore (PGSEM 2001 – 2004) and PESIT now PES University (BE Electronics & Communications – 1992 – 1996). 

Jay lives in Bangalore with his family. When he is not busy with work, he spends time reading books and catching up with friends.
