Rinkesh joined PepsiCo India in 2013 as Associate Director – SC Operations at the Kolkata Plant. With over 23 years of diverse experience, Rinkesh is responsible for leading Supply Chain operations at PepsiCo India.  

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Rinkesh was the Plant head for AkzoNobel India (formerly known as ICI India) where he spent six years leading and managing production and engineering operations. He has also worked with Larsen & Toubro and Haldia Petrochemicals, in different capacities including Central Engineering services, Power Plant EPC and Production Manager. 

He is an Independent Director at IIT Indore’s Technology Innovation Hub. 

Rinkesh is an alumnus of the University College of Engineering, Rajasthan Technical University, Kota and Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune. He enjoys travelling and adventure sports in his free time.
